The Institution has adopted Pension Scheme for its employees with effect from 1-7-1986. As a result thereof two Schemes have been approved by the Governing Body viz “SESSI Pension & Gratuity Scheme” and “SESSI G.P. Fund Scheme”. The Board performs following functions relating to these Schemes:
(i) Approval of the audited accounts of Pension, Gratuity & G.P. Fund and its submission to the Governing Body.
(ii) All other incidental issues involving policy decisions.
